Restaurants are some of those most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. To support these businesses, American Express partnered with delicious. to launch the Shop Small delicious. Nights In: a content series connecting restaurants with foodies, whilst raising awareness of their reimagined offerings.

Through video content, the campaign explores the stories of how businesses such as Victor Churchill, Di Stasio Città, and Tequila Mockingbird have adapted to COVID-19. Documentary-style footage and voice-over narration provide an intimate glimpse at how restaurant owners have imagined new offerings and shifted their businesses to the changing hospitality landscape. Meanwhile, warm colour grading, natural textures, and close-ups on food preparation evokes nostalgia for the romance of dining out. The content was then amplified with online photo galleries and articles across delicious, further inviting discovery of the inspiration and stories behind the new offerings.

Following on from each episode, viewers are invited to order a curated dinner box from the restaurant and share in a virtual dinner with delicious. Editor-in-Chief Kerrie McCallum, delicious. drinks guru Merrick Watts, and the restaurant chef — creating an unforgettable, immersive home dining experience.
